| Hi,
I overseeded on First week of Oct. We had snow in last week of Oct here in Central, the snow was on the grass for couple of days. Thus this impact germination of seeds!!! Request feedback.Thxs

| It shouldn't hurt the grass. The thing that hurts new grass is the freeze/thaw cycles. During those, the ground can heave shallow roots out of the ground. If you have seeds that haven't geminated yet, that's a little different. I doubt they will come up this year and if they do they will probably be pushed out of the ground with ground heave. But the snow itself probably didn't impact the grass or seed. |

| Depends on the seed. If you water every day and you have some ryegrass in there they might come up in 7 days. If its KBG then it will stay in the soil til spring. |
