Hello. I wish to ask for assistance on dealing with a low to the ground, red or rust colored, multi-branched weed that grows particularly in shade and mild watershed area of our lawn. Today I looked closely at the weed, which is drying out in the grass: it has branches and at the end of the branch is an almost berry shaped leaf or pod?

I'd like your recommendation on how to try to naturally kill off this weed. We're not big on chemicals for many reasons.
