I live in central florida, the land of st augustine. Everyone has their annual battles with crab grass and as far as i knew, asolux, the only post emergent crabgrass killer for st augustine is no longer allowed to be used.

Well recently i have been noticing blue dyed patches of crab grass in neighbors lawns. I call ed the spray company ( a larger commercial company) and they said they are one of only three companies in the area that can not treat post emergent crab grass. Whatever they are spraying is dyed blue. Does anyone know what it is? Is this the new breakthrough everyone has been waiting for?
