Hi,
My Honda HRD535 lawnmower had difficulty starting but once going was fine. I stripped and cleaned the carb and now it starts really well, but will only idle - it won't rev at all. I've checked all the carb settings, cleaned the jets, checked the governer setting,checked the throtlle cable adjustment and checked the fuel filter isn't blocked. Bypassing the throttle cable and working the throttle at the carb makes no difference. I can't find any reason for it.

Anyone got any ideas?
