Where do you buy your parts

I am always looking for a deal on parts. Maybe some can share where they get the best deals on parts.

For my Honda I use Boats.net. Seems they give a lower price and are good on shipping.

I like to use Generic like Stens. Seems there are many conflicting prices.

I see on Ebay people selling carburetors for the Honda at twice the price.

As many know it is cheaper to replace the carburetor than to buy parts. Although they are very easy to rebuild without buying a repair kit.

Any parts like John Deere, Briggs etc.

For engine parts and other misc. parts, I use Maple Grove Distributing, in Indiana. They are not on the Internet but their address may be. Depending on what you want, your local NAPA Auto Parts Store may be a good souce.

Walt, I've read some older posts where you helped folks by emailing them valve adjustment instruction for their specific engine. Are you still doing that? I did send an email to the wconner5 address, but it returned with a "mailbox temporarily disabled" message. Thanks

I am not aware of a problem with anything BUT my work is pretty limited anymore.

Our ISP was sold forcing us to change email address. IF you sent to verizon, it would bounce. My current address is below, put in proper format and yes, I will have specs for most B&S engines and detailed instructions for some.
