Which goes first - against the mower gas tank, the diaphragm or the diaphragm gasket? Thanks again

The diaphragm.

Thanks once again tomphun. I put a new diaphragm / gasket on. Flush all the dirty stuff off the jet/screens etc. Put it all back together. Started up first pull. It's hard when it's 25 degrees outside and you have a car and truck in the garage. Now, on to a Troybilt that has been sitting in the rain, broken control cable (on order) etc. Took off the front cover - full of all kinds of stuff - of course. Then a nice Craftsman with Honda motor. Doesn't start or run. Got a new Honda carb for under $15 - why mess with the carb when a new one is less than $15. Remember folks, Stabil or run it dry. If available, use non-ethanol fuel in your motorcycle and lawn equipment. Again, thanks tom
