So would these still be called Toro's best?

China is a big place. No doubt you can find a small engine that is not well made, & fails to perform well. But you will also be able to find one that lives up to expectations. Time will tell if Toro chose a capable vendor.

I don't see any new engines in the S/R line up. Did I miss something? The standard recyclers offer a "Premium Toro " engine that appears to be a Loncin engine. Currently, Toro services 22 parts on this engine. The 30" consumer WPM looks kinda cool. We'll see how they fair this year.

they had sr4 on the toro sight on monday with the toro engine ,now today they are not ?

check out model # 20380 20381 20383 20384 in the manual section there is a # 20382 with a honda engine maybe there is hope.
