Help With Cubby Seat

Posted by Ravager none (My Page) on

I have a 2004 Cubby LT 2180. I need a replacement seat and am looking for a high back model to replace my stock seat. Would anyone happen to know which Cubby model the one is shown in pic is from, in this link:

That is exactly what I need.

Thanks.

They show 757-04005 as high back seat for a lt2180. You may also be able to use a seat say from a lt2554 that has arm rests if you like. Below is a link to parts look up so you can compare.

Here is a link that might be useful: Cub parts

I used a wicker barstool seat. Flow through ventilation too. :)

Tom -The 757-04005 part was ordered into my local Cub dealer, as that is what they suggested, but it turned out to be the stock seat. Cub, for some reason is tagging it as "high back"??

Andy -I like the bar stool suggestion, but I'd feel compelled to drink, mow, and pick up women all at the same time. Of course, it might offer a swivel seat..:)

I could always improvise and retrofit, but then there is the concern with the pressure switch, built-in to the stock seat, and as to whether it could work with one not designed for it.

"I could always improvise and retrofit, but then there is the concern with the pressure switch, built-in to the stock seat, and as to whether it could work with one not designed for it." Compare the mounting plate and other part #s between yours and a seat on a Cub you like and make the switch. I would think the Cub dealer could do that easily for you. Or you could do the same w/ the parts link above.
