I checked the earlier and later types and found the following information:

The needle kit (index 118) does not include the sealing washer that is located between the needle and the float bowl. The index for the sealing washer is 138 and the original part # is 222014. The part number has been changed to 690618. The original part number retailed for $.95. The latest part number retails for $2.15.

After going to the parts store I find that the needle itself has the rubber tip so there is no seperate gasket.
