looking for mower advice

I am hoping to get a wide cut mower in the next month or two. My reason is that I am looking at two hour mow times with my 22" inch mower. I would like to cut that in half and think this might do it. It's probably about an acre of mowing but spread out over 3 lots (I own several on my street) and with a fair number of obstacles. I may help out a neighbor occasionally but I am not a commercial mower.

Here are the mowers I have found online; haven't actually seen any of them. The first three look like different versions of the same thing and the third is a different mower. I've seen mixed reviews on the Craftsman and only good reviews on the Quick36 except for one negative review about the company (not the mower).

I am leaning towards the Quick36 mainly because of the great reviews and instant reverse but it really stretches the budget. The others are better priced but get mixed reviews. The all should fit through my shed door, about 42". I don't mind paying extra for quality but if the others are reasonably durable saving money is always good too. I don't want to have to adjust belts every week or two.

I welcome any comments that might help me with my decision.
