tough push mower for farm

I've been using a used push mower around our yard/garden/farm for a few years now. Its very difficult to start and keep running which I've learned to deal with. However, its getting worse and I don't want to mess with fixing it. I am looking for a basic push mower that will take some rough ground and less-than-well-manicured lawn. I also will use it to mow over some things in my garden, such as green beans when they are done. I imagine one of the push mowers with the big back wheels would be easier to push. I don't want self-propelled but a mulching bag would be preferrable.

I do the Spring tune-ups on two mowers every year. They belong to two owners. last Spring, they came in for their yearly spring tune-up.
One, the deck was very good condition, clean underneath, paint nice, but the other mower was almost ready for the scrap yard. they were both around the same DOM.
The nice deck has been scraped off every year, by the owner, oiled and stored, and is solid. The other one--I scraped off about 3 pounds of caked grass, dirt, dog droppings, and what ever! I could see holes starting in it after i scraped it off. I doubt it will come in this Spring.
