Toro B&S personal pace won't start

I have a Toro personal pace 6.75 B&S model #20095 that won't start. Last time it started I had to manually operate a black plastic piece that operates the choke. It started with no problem. A week later tried the same procedure without any success. Hasn't started since.

Probably carb. gummed up. and not sucking gas even when choked now. Drain the gas and start with fresh gas. You may get lucky by using carb. cleaner in the spray can to prime it down the carb. venturi to get it to start. Once you get it started treat the gas with carb. gas treatment and maybe that will unclog the carb.
