 o
Snapper or Honda Mower

I have a very small yard and am considering the Snapper S2265 and the Honda HRS 216PDA mowers. Any advice, experience or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Your choice. Briggs Engines have been good to me over the years. Honda's are also good but a bit more expensive. Other considerations depend on whether you want to bag or mulch.

Also check out Toro.

I mulch almost always. Bagging only when needed.

To all:
There appears to be an interloper who has usurped my name!
If and when any of you ask for advice from me--please observe the name in the heading: Rustyj14

I owned a honda before going full Reel mowing. Honda is number 1 in my book.

after looking up the models you listed, i actually owned the exact snapper for 2 weeks. The wheel was broken of when i unboxed it, and leaked oil from the shaft seal all over my new garage floor. I then purchased an HRS Series that was flawless. I sold it to a friend and then went full Reel. Unless your buying commercial snapper i would go with the Honda all day. Even then I would still buy Honda commercial over the snapper. The mulching system on the Honda is second to none. Very impressive.

Hope this helps.
