Step-step procedure for overhaul of a Tuff Torq K51A

I am trying to locate a good diagram and steps to properly reassemble the K51A transmission. The Diagram that I got states "Actual parts may NOT be as shown." WTH!!! I reassembled and tested the K51A after install but all I got was when I placed my 1438 JD Sabre in the FWD direction, I got reverse and FWD direction when unit placed in the reverse. What did I do wrong?

    I would suggest hitting up their CAC. They've seemed helpful in the past. Registration is open to anyone, I believe.
