| My Sthil FS 36 weed-eater starts fine while on choke but when I turn the Choke back to run the engine cuts out. Does any one know where I can find the carburetor adjustment screws at? or is that not the problem? |

| Try a new gasoline filter first. You will need about 16 inches of new gas line to replace the filter. Don't ask why that much--if you have done it before, you will understand why! Taper the new line, grease it, and stuff the tapered end thru the little hole where you pulled the old filter hose out, and then keep stuffing the hose in, until the tapered end comes out the gas filler cap hole. Cut the tapered end off, install the filter, then pull the hose back thru, until the filter is on the bottom of the tank, leaving it loose enough that it can flop around in the tank! Attach the other end and its done! |
