Countax Rider 30"

Hi
I haves Countax rider 30 and yesterday I noticed it was not picking up the cut grass. On inspection I could see the belt to the brushes was not turning. If I let the belt tensioner go for a second the brushes turn. This shows that the fault is with the pulley that drives the belt. It is loose on the drive spline. How do I tighten this.?

The pulley either has a small key way and a square or "Moon" key that acts as a shear pin or a set screw that is threaded into it.

It used to prevent damage to the machine or attachments.

Remove the pulley and inspect the key, key ways in both the pulley and the shaft for damage or a damaged set screw.
