| I bought a 20331 Recycler last summer and love the mower, starts with one pull, the self propel is awesome... I'm wondering if there is a better blade I can use on this. I don't have a problem with grass clippings for the most part but usually end up with a short line of clippings going through some taller sections in the yard. Leaves are another story, they always leave a thick line, even when going though just a few leaves. I usually don't bag unless I want clippings for the garden, or when mowing over lots of leaves.

| WHich better blade is the real question. If you want some to try, look in the OEP catalog. Your Toro blade # is 108-9764-03. The OEP book shows 2 versions of "gator" blades plus one without the serrations (which is shown equivalent to Toro # 104-8697-03.The Oregon blades from OEP are very good quality blades. Adjusting the rear of the deck down slightly from the front may help. Just for giggles, plug the wash out port too. |
