I just received a free lawn mower from a friend and I am trying to fix it. The lawn mower is a Troy Bilt model number: 11A-436A711 built in 2005. It has a Briggs and Stratton engine model number: 123K02-0193-E1.

I know already that it is missing a control handle and control cable but it seems that there may be more that I need to hook up the cable. Also there is a wire coming from the spark plug coil that doesn't go to anything.

Any help on missing parts and maybe an explanation on how this mower works would be greatly appreciated!!
