My mower is 15 years old, but still runs fairly well. My issue is the outside rubber bulb has split, and now it no longer pump any fuel when I push it. The end result is a real pain getting it started when cold. I have to pull the starter cord over and over and over and it will eventually start, but I may need to rest in between tries. It has probably taken more than 20 pulls a few times with ten plus being the average. However, once started it runs fine and will restart again in one pull until it completely cools down.

I would like to replace the bulb, but I can not seem to find the correct part anywher and I'm not sure if a generic bulb replacement will work. I am also confused somewhat as from reading other threads it seems most times the mower will not stay running with a busted primer bulb. Do I possibly have different issue?
