My Honda SP is four years old. At three years it needed a new transmission box($160). One year later it needs another transmission. I found out it has plastic gears, good shredding material. Anyone else have this problem? A solution?

Three years is about right for that transmission, just long enough for the warranty to have expired. It's not rebuildable so either replace it or disable it. The weak link in an otherwise decent mower.

Need to clean out clean out old grass from the transmission compartment. Where’s the access panel to this puppy? . I don’t see it on the top or bottom. Thanks
