| My Weed Eater 21" cut out on me twice last week. I am not sure if the sparkplug needs to be changed or the oil. If anyone could give me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. |

| You should change the oil on a regular basis, not because the engine cuts out. It's doubtful that the oil is causing this unless it's very low and causing a heat problem. Changing the spark plug is a good idea, while you're at it, change the air filter too. Make sure you have fresh fuel and try running some seafoam in it to help clean the carb out. |
