Bad vibrations man

Ok so I just replaced my blades on my DYS4500 Craftsmen with a 46" deck. And after making sure I had the bolts nice and tight I went out to mow. Then the deck started vibrating like crazy once I engaged the blades. They are brand spanking new blades and I even checked the balance before installing. So what could be the problem here?

Craftsman uses a multi-faceted arbor to secure the blade. I've seen alot of blades that weren't put back on the arbor correctly. Look at the center of the blade for the pattern and the arbor for the matching pattern.

Something is not seated or assembled correctly. You will have to take your time and correct the problem, or you could end up with shrapnel in your leg.
