Height Adjustment on Toro Walk Behind

The height adjustment on my Toro Recycler lawnmower keeps jumping out of its setting on the self-propeled back left wheel. It will jump out of the setting on other wheels sometimes as well when they are bumped. This is annoying to have to keep resetting to the right height. Any fixes suggested?

Does this occur when you are mowing the lawn or if the wheels are bumped when you are storing the machine?

I have had the same problem with my front wheel adjusters on my Lawnboy which has the steel staggered wheel deck. It seems to happen when one wheel falls into a depression in the lawn. I was able to secure the adjusters with nylon cable ties. The only downside is you have to remove the ties to adjust the cutting height , but I never change height anyway.
