Riding mower dead

Ok first its a White outdoors only 3-4 years old. A LT 542G 18 HP. TECUMSEH. I'm guessing made by MTD. Now power at at the ignition switch.
Changed solenoid and had battery checked. I know those are good. Seat safty I bypassed still no power.
Unplugged the Blade clutch safety still no good. And shut the clutch pedal safety. Now what?
No wiring diagram but Im guessing the ignition should have power always. The power to the ignition isn't shut off by safety is it. Having a hard time following it through the frame.

IGNITION NEVER has power.
