Greasing the rear axle on Regent

I noticed the axle squeaking and I can't find a grease fitting on the wheels to grease the axle so how do you get the grease in the right place, just apply it on the axle where it meets the wheel ?

?? Maybe a brake squeal? Seems odd to me...
