On top of the carb. there is a power jet use a straight screw driver to remove it and clean the jet using a small wire to clean the front and side holes then use spray oil to clean all the holes and that should do it.

Well I removed the screw and cleaned all holes with a thin wire, then flushed the holes with carb cleaner. They appeared to be clean when I started but I wanted to make sure, the problem still seems to be there. Someone had suggested that I soak the entire carb in a cleaning solution overnight then flush it. When I cleaned the carb I felt as though I cleaned it pretty well but I did not soak it. Thanks for the advice I would welcome any other advice.

Thanks for the advice, after trying the the jet you told me about I decided to take the carb back off and the main jet in the bowl had a small amount of debri in it. I could blow through it but I cleaned it better with wire and that solved the problem. Thanks for your help Tom
