2000 kohler 8hp. does not have primer bulb. speed lever has marking for "choke/start". used to start fine. with 1 or 2 pulls. last few years it takes 5-6 pulls. this model carb has no mixture screws. set it and forget it. any way to make starting a bit quicker? my arm is getting sore.

whoops. was thinking of my snowblower. mower has a tecumseh formula 8hp motor.
