Those used to be very common from the 1920's thru the 1950's and then began to dribble out in the 1960's. Functionally they were replaced by gasoline powered edgers after WWII and by manual stick edgers at the low end price point.

It's not "unique" but the older ones with wooden handles and cast iron wheels and blade spiders are collectible.

By coincidence I saw a "Pennsylvania" brand edger at the flea market this morning in Columbus, NJ, but wasn't willing to pay $35, so I kept on walking.

I have one of these what is its value. It has wood handle and cast iron rim.

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. As my earlier post noted, I think the value is somewhere south of $35.

Everybody has there opinion, Butt! That doesn't create the true value. I have one, model# 123.81741 Probably a later model. Butt!! I would not sell for a measly $35 Butt have to say not worth a small fortune I would just Keep in my collection of antique farm & lawn equip.
