The lightest possible lawn mower that should very easy to drag will be a a person-powered push reel mower. Mclane makes some nice ones. That may not meet your undisclosed requirements. What are you looking for in the way of features

you can adjust the cutting height of your mower to a higher position at the begining of your mowing
