Exhaust coming out of muffler and muffler acting like a Carb.

Very strange the exhaust is coming out of the muffler and the muffler is acting as a carburetor. If I squirt starting fluid in the carburetor nothing happens if I squirt fluid in the muffler the engine starts and runs till the starting fluid is burned. I did line-up the cam gear "-" to the crank gear "hole" and this is what it is doing. Seems like the engine is out of 180 decrees or backwards.

Sounds like the valves are out of time with the piston. Check the timing.

I did pop-off the the head and I found the cylinder scored I guess that was blow-back coming out of the carb. Looks like another Tec engine headed for re-cycling
