| My 30 y/o #5247 L-B needs a new recoil or starter assembly part #681604. Any idea if it is still available and from whom? |

| Generaly the parts needed are the recoil spring itself if it snaps, The pinion gear if the teeth are worn or broken, and the spring clip that goes around the pinon gear allowing the gear to enguage. These 3 parts are very standard and should be in stock at any decent lawn boy dealers. also partstree.com provides great diagrams and part numbers if needed. |
