I am in need of a good used rear transmission for a John Deere 14SB push mower.

My step-father passed away last October, and this was he and my mother's primary lawn mower. She got it out this Summer, and called me when it wouldn't start. We got it running, but I later noticed the drive puller and input shaft on the transmission are both gone.

After looking at the transmissions, it appears it failed and the gear on the input shaft was destroyed. It is going to be more cost effective to replace the transmission than try to buy the individual parts, if they are even available.
