Have a Toro with Tec.engine.Starts good and runs OK except it has a valve pop/miss.Has fresh gas,new plug and air filter, and the carb is clean.Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Possible deposits from old fuel causing the valve stems to stick? Tine bit of water in the fuel? What engine ya have?
