Hi, I have a relatively new Toro 20332 Recycler lawn mower. Self-propelled when you push down on the handle. The mower runs fine when idle or if you do not engage the self propelled feature (possible but not practical). But when I depress the self-propelling bar, it stalls. Thoughts?
