| I should know better than to try to put a new carb on a Honda. Anyway, I did. The mower runs but the throttle has no impact on the engine speed - runs at full speed no mater what the throttle is set at. Before I take it apart again, I thought I would get some thoughts on what to look for. I'm guessing that one of the three control wires came loose or is not connected correctly during the install. Moving the throttle back and forth, I can see the lever moving on the carb frame bracket - so that's probably not the problem.
