HI everyone,
Im in need of Help!
I have an ATCO Imperial B17 Cylinder Lawnmower.
I recently went to start it and the string ripped off in my hand, and rapped aroung the starter and bend/mangled up the plastic starter unit. Can anyone help me find a new one. I have looked around for about a week now (my grass is getting out of control) and cant find one anywhere!?
the code on my engine is G221 73532
Are theese really this hard to buy?
Please Help me Many Thanks
Andy Clarke

You pretty much have to determine the ENGINE brand & Model and go from there.

I'm pretty sure you have a Mitsubishi G221P vintage 1990 or so. It is a flat head (valve in block). Mitsubishi is pretty much non-existent in the US. Apparently this is also the case in UK. Some Mitsubishi engines were private labelled for Briggs & Stratton, so you might consult a B&S specialist.

At least in the US, Mitsubishi's on-again off-again marketing is why they have so little market share and are not too well regarded, even though technically they make a competent engine.
