Oil quantitiy for B&S Sprint 3.75

I wonder if anyone could tell me how much oil goes in my push mower with a Briggs & Stratton 'Sprint 3.75 hp' engine. May be late '70s or 1980s vintage. I can't for the life of me read the dipstick. Tried a flashlight, sidelight, adding food coloring dye, etc. Still can't read it.

So I figure I'll change the oil four times a years, if only I know how much oil to use. My newish Toro holds 20 oz.s I think.

The old 3.75 is so much fun, light and likes to turn. The Toro only wants to go straight.

20 oz., and use a good oil designed for air-cooled service, like the B&S brand in the 20 oz bottles.
