I have a Honda motor that I use very seldom. It's almost new, when last stored I used Seafoam in the gas. I put new gas in it and it runs and starts easy, but will only run with the choke about half way out. I have ran two tanks of fresh gas and it wont run if I push the choke in. I sprayed carb cleaner in the carb, drained the bowl, helped some. There are no carb adjustments I can find.
Follow-Up Postings:

Remove the carb and strip it. The main jet and/or nozzle are gummed up, carb and choke cleaner spray work well here.

You need to remove the carb. Remove the bowl. Remove the float assembly. Use a flat head screwdriver the exact size not smaller. Remove the jet and clean. This usually resolves the problem If it is a Keihn BB a new carb usually goes for less than $25.
