Must have been a reason you did this in the beginning, don't see it here.

Check your flywheel key.

" do you know what size socket it take.i got the big 15/16 "

?? That should be fine.

I use an air impact. Others use large strap wrench. Without impact, I would remove spark plug and feed in a foot or so of 1/4" nylon rope, make sure coming up on compression stroke so valves are closed otherwise may bend a valve.

B&S has an inexpensive puller or you can make your own. There are threaded holes in the flywheel on each side of the crankshaft where the metal ring holding the plastic cooling fan attach. Remove the bolts and fan, drill holes in flat bar to match holes in flywheel, run bolts thru bar into threaded holes, tighten.

Forgot to mention, tighten that flywheel bolt to 100 ft. lbs when re-installing or key will shear again.

Run bolt back in crankshaft without washer to nearly flush with flywheel, lay bar across that and tighten with bolts as above.

hmm well i try a steering wheel puller and it seem it messed up the thread where the bolt gose to hold the flywheel.i have had with this mower mtd yard manchine are worthless junk i have spend up to 250 in parts and gave 390 for this worthless mower.now what will i do?do have replace the crank?

"hmm well i try a steering wheel puller and it seem it messed up the thread where the bolt gose to hold the flywheel"

You will need to find someone with a threading tap to restore the threads in the crankshaft OR buy a tap. NEVER do anything without protecting these threads. Run the bolt back in the hole without the washer until the bolt head is nearly down to the flywheel, pull against that.
