It probably has a solenoid sticking out the bottom of the carburetor. This solenoid must have 12 volts to it to hold it open or it will shut the fuel to the main metering jet off. Apparently your charging system was able to hold the solenoid open once running previously and for some reason, isn't now.

IF you intend to continue your practice, replace the solenoid with just a plug made for that purpose or wedge the solenoid in the retracted position, some people cut the plunger off.

I had the solenoid tested and was told by the shop that it was good. I tried hand starting (rope around flywheel) and the was a spark on the plug, so I 'm thinking my magneto is o.k. but am running out of options.

As Walt said, you may not have 12 volts to keep it open, where the shop did. You need to check the output for 13 1/2 volts or so at the batter positive. Your battery may be low and maybe there is low charging DC coming into the battery.

Well, your old battery would probably give out enough juice to keep the engine running for several years, but it finally gave out, and no juice can go thru it as before.
BITE THE BULLET- GO BUY A NEW BATTERY!
Yeah, we all have to do that occasionally. Once the old battery shorts out, it won't take any type of electrical charge, and you will be done! When the plates in the battery finally shed all of their lead, their capacity for holding electrical current goes away, and then you have to buy a new battery!

Pl bought new battery and solenoid and still after 1 day the battery was dead put new solenoid on had to jump it and again when i took off red canle it died

By the way its a histler rapyor zero t
