| I would like to replace my fuel filter and there are 2 part numbers, 1 for an engine with a fuel pump and 1 for engine without. How do I tell if my engine has a fuel pump? I have a B&S model 28W707, type 0121E1, code 9802112E.
Thanks for any help you can offer! |

| Look at the mower, trace the fuel system from tank to carb. Or look on the B&S website for a schematic of that engine. Or call B&S. Or look on a website like Partstree dot com. |

| If the gas tank outlet is mounted above the line of the fuel inlet on the carburetor, you probably don't have a fuel pump. If the fuel tank is under the seat and rear fender area, then you will have a fuel pump, to lift the fuel to flow into the carb. |
