6.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Starting Problems

| I Have a YardMachine mower, with a 6.5 HP OHV B&S engine on it. Recently I hit a tree root, that took of a prtion of the blade, causeing hte mower to shake while mowing. I was able to finish mowing that section of the yard, and the next day it started again, with difficulty. After this 2nd time, it will not start. I have replaced the blade, the oil (precaution) The spark plug, and flywheel key. Now it spins fine no vibration, but will not turn over. I am all out of ideas, and as a gradstudent, really don't have the money to buy a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
