Hi,
I need to drain the oil in my lawn boy. How do I do that?

Drain it out of the oil fill tube by tipping the motor on that side and into a container. First heat up the motor.

Wouldn't a Silver Series be a 2-cycle? Maybe not - what's the model number?

I maintain 2 'Silvers'. A model 10301, which is 2-cycle,
and a model 10313, which has a Tech. 4 stroke.
Other than the engine, the mowers appear identical, even
though there is 4 years difference in their manufacture
dates.

Ahh, so. I remember now. The four-cycles were rare. LB also put out several other 4-cycles before Toro took over.

I own a Toro Lawn-Boy, the metal I know not about. Its drive system is great, overall its the best ever.
Yet, apparently, these are no longer built, nor made..Interesting info ...about which side to tip the lawn mower...makes sense that the air cleaner is up during the inversion.
