Blade adapter inside key Broken

Blade adapter inside key Broken

I have a lot of blade adapters with the inside key broken, has anyone figure a way to cut a grove on the inside where the key used to be and use a key to remount the blade adapter to the shaft

As I said what a waste of a good blade adapter.
