| I found a used GT5000 garden tractor for sale. The model number is 917.276081.
Does anyone know what year this tractor is? Owner says it is an 2006, but wasn't sure. Owner says that the tractor smokes when under full power and when blades are engaged. It started to do this recently. What could this be from? Would this be a major fix? Engine is B&S ELS 725. This tractor is in incredible condition and looks like brand new. What would be a good price for this tractor, including a triple bagger? I think this tractor new listed for around $3k Does anyone have any pros/cons on this particular unit or have any advice regarding the GT5000? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks |

| It is difficult to say what the cause is because there is not enough information. Ask the owner why it is smoking. If he doesn't have a good answer ask if you can have it inspected by a mower mechanic. Your message says it looks brand new. Presumably you saw it in person. A thorough test ride should resolve a lot of questions about whether it is worth the price asked. |

They ask after up front payment and they inform us a price from 832,90 USD DDP to our door in Belgium. Do you believe that ? We have ask if we can pay with a full bank guarantee and that's impossible. Therefore it is real unbelievable. We had interest for buy much more from this mowers so that we can sell it exclusive in our country. We have a big Castle Park and for this reason we had think it will be a good deal but we are very careful for reason that they have ask us after up front payment.
