| I was mowing the yard last week it and i stoped and it did not want to start i put in new plug it started fine 3 or 4 times so sunday i started to mow and it did not want to start so i fool ran the battery down. pulled the plug out no fire cleaned coil with a little sandpaper hooked up the charger and it started shut it off and it would not start again no fire or real weak does it have a brain box on it thanks in advance |

| No brain box. It is built into the coil. Remove the little kill wire from the coil and if you have no spark, then you have a dead plug or a bad coil pack. Be sure that if you are testing the spark w/ a spark plug that the base is grounded well. These coils do fail btw. If you do have spark with the kill wire off, then you need to look elsewhere. |
