I have been using a 27'' GX160 commercial Tru-Cut on my 10,000 sq ft. lawn. This year is my 12th cutting season with this mower and it has never cut better. Proper professional maintenance once a year after the cutting season is very important. Also during the season you will have to make adjustments of the reel to the bed knife, which is very simple.
