Ck at 13.8 with pto load on

Put tape over the light? 13.8 DC w/no Ac also fed in won't leave you sitting. ANy other issues? Kohler w/ external regulator? It may be a good thing to visit Kohler's website and download a free manual. (Enter as guest) Run through the stator testing. My opinion on the regulator testing is if you have good AC feed in and decent enough pure DC out- it should be fine.
