Older Honda Mower Throwing Drive Belt

Our older Honda HRT216SDA throws the drive belt whenever the drive is engaged and there is a load on the drive wheels. It has a new belt, cable and clutch drive handle. Had it serviced by a Honda repair center and they adjusted it and declared it working properly. Got it home and it immediately threw the belt again. Works fine if I lift the drive wheels or get it rolling before engaging the drive mechanism. Any thoughts on a fix or adjustment before I take the trouble to take it back to the repair place?

Back it should go. these don't really have a habit of doing that- looks like something was overlooked.
