How do I properly install a Honda mulching kit on my Honda HR215HMA Master's series mower?

I have the original kit (Honda kit # 06762-VA3-S00) but I can't remember the placement of each component.

WHat I do know is the mulch blade is the top blade but I can remember if I have to use the blade holder that holds the single high lift blade, I can't recall if I have to place the washers a certain way...

In other words, can someone please explain to me in great detail what I need to do so that I don't ruin my mower or the mulching kit?
